Polymer parts

Our polymer parts are manufactured using HP MJF technology, which sets itself apart from traditional 3D printing by utilizing powder as the production material. This approach enables us to achieve vastly superior surface quality and mechanical strength comparable to injection molded parts, consistent across all three axes. We utilize polyamide PA12 as our material of choice, known for its UV resistance and high chemical resistance, including oils, petrol, alcohol and brake fluid.

Steel parts

For the production of metal parts, we employ PBF-LB technology [L-PBF; SLM] and austenitic stainless steel alloy 1.4404 (AISI 316L). Similar to MJF technology, powder serves as the printing material, undergoing laser melting during the manufacturing process. This results in solid material (>99.9% density) with mechanical properties surpassing those achieved through traditional manufacturing methods.

Parts scanning

In our scanning process, we utilize a professional-grade, laser 3D scanner boasting a maximum accuracy of 0.02 mm. Utilizing blue light, this scanner significantly facilitates the scanning of reflective objects under various lighting conditions.
